Upbeat rhythmic medley which combines two African-American spirituals with newly composed tune, each with a stylistic gospel/spiritual feeling: Standin' in the Need of Prayer; Every Time I Feel the Spirit(PENTECOST); Just Gonna Keep on Prayin'. Especially for choirs of limited size and skill. Written for SAT (or Cambiata) a cappella.
