This hymn of consolation has been given an expressive treatment and a rhapsodic accompaniment. Based on the tune Consolator (CONSOLATION), it was written in memory of the students who perished when a tornado struck their Alabama school in 2007, and was premiered by the schools chorus in a concert at the White House.
