Youth Cue Series Over the past decade, Youth Cue has breathed new life into youth music in churches and schools across the United States. Although, technically, the name Youth Cue refers to the monthly newsletter for directors, the term has become synonymous with the expanding network of youth choir directors in thirty-eight states, five foreign countries, and across eleven denominational lines. Youth Choirs, Inc., Youth Cue’s parent nonprofit organization, exists for the purpose of supporting and inspiring youth choirs and their directors in churches and schools throughout North America and beyond. Youth Cue Newsletter for directors is supplemented by Youth Cue SE, a monthly periodical designed for youth choir members and coordinated with the directors’ editions. Major regional and national festivals, youth choir concerts accompanied by professional orchestras, live professional recordings on CD and cassette, directors’ roundtables, retreats, and day conferences are offered through the Youth Cue ministry. Subscribing directors also enjoy free access to a national e-mail server list which keeps them in touch with hundreds of fellow youth choir professionals across the United States and Canada. |
