B. Wayne Bisbee B. (Bud) Wayne Bisbee was born in Los Angeles, California in 1934. Growing up in the midwest, he attended St. Olaf College in Minnesota, and received degrees from Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music and Occidental College (Los Angeles.) For fifteen years he taught high school, for twelve years, college; he now does church work and concentrates on choral composition. |
